2009 was our most successful season yet and we plan on this season to be even bigger. The market has an average of 58 vendors and hundreds of customers each week. Market customers have lots of variety to choose from including heirloom tomatoes, fruits and vegetables that are rarely, if ever, available from the grocery store.
We also have lots of the staples such as potatoes, onions, tomatoes, squash, beans, amazing cut flower arrangements, local honey, herbal soaps, whole grain breads, fudge pies, jelly, jam and preserves. And for the dog lovers, All Natural and Organic dog biscuits.
Customers can also take home many live garden, yard and culinary herb plants, not to mention fresh squeezed lemonade.The Marietta Square Farmers Market will again be located on the Historic Marietta Square, taking up residence on North Park Square, between Shillings Restaurant and The Strand Theater.
The Market is open Saturday morning no later than 9 am to 12 pm. Selling begins as each individual vendor sets up no later than 9 am.
Plenty of FREE parking
available all day Saturday.
